Mr. Marwan Esta is the Manging Director of the OD/HR business vertical of CAPADEV Group.
He is a Human Capital and OD expert with 20 years of proficiency in HR Strategies & Management, Information and Communication Technology, Total Quality Management, and Business Process Reengineering spent with leading regional and global firms in different industries, particularly telecoms and technology, engineering, manufacturing and FMCG.
Throughout his career, Marwan created many business improvement programs and initiatives, mainly in Human Capital, and led direct and cross-functional teams to successfully achieve them.
Marwan holds an MBA degree from ESCP-EAP European School of Management and is a graduate in Telecommunications Engineering from the Lebanese University.
He has participated in several local and international events and presented seminars and speeches at various forums, successful to be mentioned in news. He contributed to writing an IT book and gave university lectures in business courses.
